Originally launched in 2021 as Outdoor Fitness Concepts Ltd, founded by Steve Perrins with investment from friends, family and cornerstone investors to deliver an innovative range of outdoor fitness equipment never seen in the UK. Later in 2021 Outdoor Fitness Concepts became the UK partner and exclusive distributor of Hoist Fitness Strength Equipment, based in San Diego, California, adding a premium innovative range of strength equipment.
In December 2024 Drax Inc, South Koreas premium fitness manufacturer and domestic leader acquired the controlling share of Outdoor Fitness Concepts to become a direct UK business for Drax Inc.
